Jennifer Nolan, Director Strategic Engagement, Board of Directors Chair

Jennifer is a passionate environmentalist and award-winning author of Sea Turtles Up CloseSharks Up Close, and The Secret of Pig Island. In conjunction with her books focused on conservation, Jennifer is a regular guest speaker with Skype in the Classroom, a worldwide, educational platform that connects over one million teachers and their students with speakers from myriad professions. Her lessons focus on endangered marine life, our oceans in peril, and how to be part of the solution. Jennifer has decades of experience serving on non-profit boards, ranging from the Rockefeller Brother’s Fund to Maine Audubon. Additionally, she and her husband have proudly raised four sons over the past twenty-eight years.
